So sorry to be writing this, as we LOVE Tim Duncan, but he needs to know the shoddy details of his shop! My daughter paid for striping to be done on her car in May of 2015. The striping was wrinkled and looked bad after a couple months. My daughter called REPEATEDLY to request a time for the striping to be redone. She was told by 'MIKE K.' time & time again, to call back, because his 'installer' had to match the stripe and he did not know what color it was, even though it was only a few months prior. My daughter was told repeatedly that she would have to WAIT for the installer to fit her into HIS schedule. EIGHT MONTHS later, when NO phone calls were being returned, we finally get a hold of 'MIKE' again. He stated there would be a COST for the installer's time, for redoing the bad striping, even though we had a '5 Year' warranty, which we actually had to REQUEST in writing on the day of the install. VERY BAD SERVICE and RUDE People would take our calls and give no information, except to say, call back another time. Finally, after contacting 'MIKE' and told him we have limited time between jobs to juggle transportation, my daughter left her car at their lot for a week, while on a business trip. 'MIKE' forgot where he told her to put the keys to her car and seemed confused when we called. It is my guess they do this kind of thing very often! Finally, the installer got the job done, but they hardly acknowledged us at the front desk, and just drove her car to the front, so much as to say, here is your car, don't let the door hit you on the way out! We left without so much as a hello or goodbye! Thankfully, they did not request that we pay a cost for the installer's time, because they would be HARD PRESSED for that!
